As usual, the standard European roulette payouts are in effect for the game. Players can bet anywhere from €1 to €5000 for a 500x the bet maximum payout. However, one key difference is that the Straight Up bet payout has been noticeably reduced to 24:1. This is to compensate for the multiplier rewards the player can score. Note that if you do not land any gold bars on your Straight Up bets, you are essentially playing a lesser-paying roulette game.

You can still enjoy safe betting on red/black, even/odd and high/low bets with a 1:1 payout and ignore the multipliers if you wish. The overall RTP of the game is 97.30% which is the standard value. That said, the Straight Up bet RTP is altered to 97.03%. Therefore, if you engage in strictly this style of chasing multipliers the overall RTP score will be lesser.

Furthermore, gold bar multipliers have payouts of 50x, 100x or 150x the bet depending on if you land 1, 2 or 3 bars on the bet. The super gold bars have much higher rewards with a 500x the bet payout though they are quite rare.

Going by the standards of 2022’s Gold Bar Roulette by Evolution, Gold Vault Roulette does not innovate much. It is more of a quality-of-life improvement release rather than its own game. Even the live studio and setup are quite similar. That said, it does introduce more frequent multipliers and furthermore grander payouts for those multipliers. Between gold bars stacking up to 3 times and 500x Super Gold Bars, the player can win quite a lot. Overall, this Evolution release should be observed as a remastered version of their previous game and not strictly a new title in and of itself.
